At Laser Edge Designs we design bespoke silhouettes cut from laser-cut steel, combining precision engineering with creative freedom. Each custom silhouette is digitally designed to capture fine detail, then expertly laser cut from high-quality steel for crisp edges and lasting durability. Ideal for signage, architectural features, artwork, and branding, our bespoke steel silhouettes can be tailored in size, finish, and style to suit both interior and exterior applications.
Our Process
Stage 1
CAD it up!
We take the side profile of your car and trace around the distinct features of each vehicle highlighting each unique detail.
Stage 2
Cut it out!
We use a high quality fibre laser machine to cut the intricate detail of each cut out, making each cut fine and detailed.
Stage 3
Apply the finishing touches!
Using industrial powder coat we ensure the steel is protected from corrosion as much as possible.
Stage 4
That's a Wrap!
We wrap each silhouette in plastic and then an additional wrap of bubble wrap for that extra protection, moved into a foam filled cardboard box with your name on it!
Stage 5
Delivered | Installed
We ship the silhouette the our customers address using a foam filled box or a pallet for the 2m+ silhouettes. We even offer a fitting service for our larger silhouettes, get in touch!
